  • Property Data — Address, location coordinates, amenities, RERA number, description inputs
  • AI Usage Data — Property details sent to Google Gemini via OpenRouter for content generation
  • Payment Data — Processed securely by Razorpay. We never store card details.
  • Usage Data — IP address, browser, pages visited (via Vercel Analytics)

How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-generated RERA-compliant listings, manage your account, process payments, improve our service, and send important updates.

Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted providers:

  • Supabase — hosting, database, authentication
  • OpenRouter & Google Gemini — AI generation
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics

We never sell your data.
